Privacy Policy – Streamer Simulator

Kwitch Streamer Life Simulator ("the App") is a mobile game developed by Bauyrzhan Turganaliyev (Lunavis Games). This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Game progress is saved locally on your device only.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Google AdMob – used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs (ATT prompt on iOS 14+). See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple In-App Purchase – used to process purchases ("Remove Ads"). Apple handles all payment data. We do not receive or store your payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy

3. Advertising and Tracking

On iOS 14 and above, the App will request your permission to track you for advertising purposes via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you deny permission, you will still see ads but they will not be personalized.

You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Data Retention

All game data (progress, settings) is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
